Examples of my illustration work, mainly personal work from self set projects, group projects or competition entries. Available for licensing.
Created from personal projects, the last project being a group initiative on Instagram #portfolioproject12days
I really enjoy drawing food items/arrangements, and I love to draw items which represent my country lifestyle, growing my own fruit and veg and foraging for berries in the hedgerow.
I seem to love drawing vegetables! I also love to grow them, (and eat them). I have an allotment and it makes me happy to be able to pick, and eat, on the same day.
The vegetable illustrations with the dark base, were part of a series I started in January 2017, a daily drawing of food good for the liver on Instagram.
The seed packets were again part of a personal project, but part of a bigger project #100dayproject on Instagram where I drew 100 days of packaging items. More can be seen on my instagram under #100daysofpackagingdoodles
I've fallen in love with hand lettering, it just feels very fun and natural to me. If Im not working, I can usually be found doodling letters.

I love drawing people about as much as I love drawing animals (which is a lot)!
I took on a small personal project in Jan 2017 to draw my New Year's resolutions in people form. Women doing different activities as part of a daily drawing project on Instagram.
I also take on portraits for weddings, engagement books, christmas cards and family portraits.
I have created a number of colouring pages for books, also I've created drawings for a personalised engagement book for one client and a short children story.
The notebook design was created as part of an online portfolio building course. I enjoy incorporating Victorian elements in my designs, which was part of the brief.
I absolutely love drawing animals, bugs and all manner of critters. Little birds are probably a favourite though. I love illustrating the textures, and capturing a friendly look.
The Bird seed illustration was the final piece in the 100 day project I took part in on Instagram. My personal project/theme for this was to draw 100 days of packaging.
